‘Electrician App’ launched in Dimapur

IUSEW (OPC) Pvt Ltd on Wednesday launched the mobile app ‘Electrician App’ for domestic consumers, which will enable them to contact electricians lodged nearest to their residence in case of any sort of power disruption. The application was launched by director and executive editor Nagaland Post, Aochuba Yaden here near DC court area. In his brief speech, Yaden emphasised that customer service was equally important in a business rather than focusing only on profit.

He said “every business should focus on what you can give to your clients and not what you want.” 

Yaden lauded the efforts taken by Islamuddin, founder and director of IUSEW (OPC) Pvt Ltd and his team for bringing out the much needed app that would cater to the needs of the people.

According to Islamuddin, the free mobile app will be available for android users by December first week. Muslim Council Dimapur president, A.H. Tapadar also spoke on the occasion and encouraged the team.

Some features of the app include-- access to standardized rates of wages for the benefit of all customers. Every electrician and technician who is listed in the app are thoroughly vetted based on qualification, skill and experience in their respective fields. Quick access to a database of electricians and technicians based on region and availability. Host of well-wishers and electricians of Dimapur attended the function.
