‘No parking zone’ in Kohima

In view of the Kohima Smart City Development Limited (KSCDL)’s “Street for people challenge” programme, scheduled to be launched on November 6, 2020 at Old NST Parking, the Kohima police have designated certain parking area as a “No Parking Zone” from 8am of November 6 to 4 pm of November 7 to facilitate preparation works and conduct of the programme.  In a press release, Kohima police PRO has requested the owners of vehicles permanently parked in the designated area to remove their vehicles before 7am of November 6, 2020.  Police cautioned that defaulting vehicles would be towed away and towing charges would be borne by the owner of the vehicle.
