1st Chathe River Festival held in Dmu

 The first Chathe River Festival was organized by Abiogenesis and powered by TaFMA on December 30 evening at Howey Jungle, a new venue in Dimapur set up by Abiogenesis at Chathe Riverside in Nihoto.

The occasion was graced by Regional Director, ICCR Guwahati Regional Office, Madhurkankana Roy as the guest of honour.

Eight talented artistes from Nagaland who came together to perform at the festival were Bovito Swu (rapper), Richard (singer songwriter from Dimapur), Psycho K4, (rapper from Dimapur who recently bagged the Best Music Video Awards of Nagaland 2019), Kahito Chishi (singer), Tensawati from Dimapur,  Avesu Chuzho from Kohima and Sudu Rhax from Dimapur (rappers) who were one of the youngest hip hop artistes to be featured in VH1 factory and Aloke Yepthomi, (singer from Nihoto).

The event was hosted by Kashito Kiba and welcome note was delivered by Moa Subong of Abiogenesis. 

Launched on December 3,1990. Nagaland Post is the first and highest circulated newspaper of Nagaland state. Nagaland Post is also the first newspaper in Nagaland to be published in multi-colour.
