2019 Lok Sabha Election: Dates, states and number of seats

Here is a list of the Lok Sabha Election 2019 dates along with the number of seats in each state. The 2019 Lok Sabha elections will begin April 11 and will continue till May 19, 2019. The result of result Lok Sabha elections 2019 will be announced on May 23. This is a 17th Lok Sabha election and it will be held in seven phases.

Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Telengana will have the Lok Sabha elections in a single phase, whereas Karnataka, Manipur, Rajasthan and Tripura will hathe ve election in two phases. Assam, Chhattisgarh will have three-phase polling.

Jharkhand, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra will have elections in four phases.

No election will be conducted in six phases. Only J&K will have five phase election, but the poll panel has decided not to have assembly elections with LS polls.

Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and West Bengal are the only three states that will have the Lok Sabha election in seven phases.
