25 graduate from enrichment program

Entrepreneurs Associates’ (EA) initiative, #Frontrunners, a two-week enrichment program for students awaiting their 10th and 12th standard results, culminated with the graduation of 25 young individuals at Red Cross building, Kohima on April 4.

A press release from EA communications department, Neikule Doulo stated that Deo Movi, a parent and a core member of EA, congratulated EA on thinking outside the box and nurturing young minds on the threshold of deciding their future paths. Deo also challenged the young people to swim against tides of peer pressure and make choices depending on their individual interests to succeed in life.  

CEO & co-ordinator of EA, Neichute Doulo encouraged the students and parents to continue learning about local history which, Doulo said, would instill a healthy pride about their background and take them far in life. Emphasizing on changing trends, he said that people cannot walk into their future “with yesterday’s ideas”, adding that parents too should look beyond regular options for their children. 

Participants of the training also shared their experiences and expressed gratitude for the opportunity that was given them. Besides the in-house team of trainers at EA, guest resource persons including Naga Supermodel and Founder of Cache Naga by Leno, Ketholeno Kense Vihienuo and prominent Naga intellectual Niketu Iralu, who mentored the students during the training.

The graduation ceremony was chaired by Susan James, lead trainer, EA and invocation was pronounced by Rev. Dr. Rachülie Vihienuo, pastor, Union Baptist Church, Kohima.
