3rd open penalty shootout held in Kohima

Seiyhazou Hill Boys emerged as champions of the 3rd open penalty shootout 2019, organised by Angami Students Union Kohima College (ASUKC), under the theme ‘Shoot for your goals’ at the college ground on Saturday. 
The champions walked home with a cash prize of Rs. 20,000 while the runners-up Naga Falcon FC received Rs.10,000.The best goal keeper was awarded to Kevinguzo from Seiyhazou Hill Boys. 
KhriehutuoTsira, state coach, Youth Resources and Sports graced the event as the special guest. 
In his brief address, he congratulated the ASUKCK organising committee for conducting such extra-curricular activities. He also wished the young aspirant footballers to stay active in sports and shoot for their dreams.
Altogether, 45 teamsfrom various college and young footballers both men and women participated in the one day event.
