North East Highway Star 2011 third voting round

The third voting round cum-elimination of North East Highway Star 2011 was held at St. Paul hall Upper Shillong on July 8. The third round witnessed 8 contestants and 3 wild card entries being selected for the next level. The selected contestants are: Hentick Konyak [10], Akup Phom [02], Samuel Thapa [09], Geetu [08] all from Nagaland. Lakersha [03], Bansharai [21], Ribakordor [11], Evanisha [05], Phira [18], Tina [07], Shibor [15] all from Meghalaya. The panel of judges were David Goldsmith [Axis Band], Mhathung Odyuo [Divine Connection], Tsali Sangtam [managing director HSSD]. The host for the show was Alpha Mary. The show will be telecast on all local cable networks across north east. Voting cards are available at all leading outlets.

Nagaland University Students’ Union, Lumami celebrated its 18th varsity three days campus Cultural and Literary Meet 2017 under the theme ‘Achieving Excellence through Renaissance of Culture and Literature Expression’. 
On the first day, NU land spokesperson and former minister, Kheto was the chief guest while NU vice chancellor was the guest of honour. 
On the second day event Controller of Examination was the chief guest and dean of students’ welfare was the guest of honor. 
On the third and final day onlybafo.com founder and CEO, Watinungsang Imsong was the chief Guest while Registrar, NU was the guest of honour. 
Different cultural songs, folklores, dramas were presented by Ao, Sumi, Tenyimia, Lotha and Eastern fellowship with various indigenous  games competition like pole climbing, pork eating, 7 stones, etc. 
Students also participated in various competitions like quiz, elocution, debates, solo, dance, etc. The students were mesmerized by the special appearance of Alobo Nag

A.B.Entertainment invites talented singers, Dancers, Comedian, Musician, Actors and Actresses to participate on the upcoming reality show ‘You Got The Talent’.
The show will be based on online voting through YouTube channel. Main motive of the production team is to bring out the talents in Nagaland and to promote them through social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and N.E. television channels and also provide them national level platforms in Mumbai music industry. The Audition will take place on May 13 at Dimapur.
The show will be telecast on YouTube channel and the grand finale round will be telecast live.
The show will be judged by different personalities depending on the genres including renowned singers, dancers, comedians, music directors, actors and actresses.
There will be best performance of the day awards for every round and best performer will get a single video contract.
Total prize money Rs. 50,000 along with professional video album and also get a chance
