Kohima Komets pins hope on Asito

As Kohima Komets played their first NPL match on Saturday against Zonapang at local ground, Kohima, one player grabbed the attention of many in the form of Asito Krose.

20-year-old, midfielder Asito Krose, who is also the captain of Kohima Komets holds the distinction of attending football training camp at Singapore in 2011.

Currently doing BA 1st year @ K. L. Bajoria College, Shillong, Asito also had a brief stint with Nongthynmai FC, Shillong. Born to Mianeichühu Krose, from Mezoma Village, on September 1, 1992, Asito did his schooling from SFS, Medziphema.

His love for the game started from his childhood days and later participated in two prestigious tournaments in Kohima in 2011 with Adroit FC in the Classic Cup and the NSF Trophy.

Kohima Komets management and officials also feel that Asito has the potential to deliver goods and signed him for the first session of NPL.
They further hoped Asito would play a big role for the Club in the entire NPL.
