The Home Minister further went on to affirm that the factor for the poll victory of the NPF was on the Naga political issue which was the party’s number one agenda that made the NPF win.
He further asserted that the people of Aonglenden have given their mandate to Toshipokba to speak for the Naga issue and that the electorates of Aonglenden has accepted Neiphiu Rio’s leadership “which is evident today”.
Meanwhile, Lok Sabha MP C.M.Chang has congratulated Toshipokba Longkumer for his landslide victory in the by-election to the 26 Aonglenden AC.
