Kohima Bible College Graduation

Kohima Bible College (KBC) Class of 2012 graduation with the theme “…walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called…” was held at college’s chapel hall, Thursday.

Principal KBC cum senior pastor Koinonia Baptist Church Kohima Rev. Zotuo Kiewhuo in his address said the graduating students should be accountable and transparent before God in the ministry to save the lost souls.

He encouraged the graduating students to maintain the tradition of KBC “the anointing” of Holy Spirit and serve God with His power.

Cautioning the graduating students, Rev. Zotuo said “any theologian not convincing to win soul is a dead theologian” and also never bring disgrace to God’s name.

He also advised the students to work in His ministry with burden and have clear vision according to his will.

To be strengthened and work in His ministry with more effective he asked the students to follow the footprint of Jesus and seek his wisdom in everything they do. 

Altogether 44 students graduated including 32 students in B.Th. and 12 in M.Div. Rokosano Koza (M.Div) bagged 3 awards which includes Rev. Neihulie memorial award (the highest honorary award of the college with outstanding achievement in the academic), the president’s award (for outstanding achievement in Old Testament) and the principal’s award (for outstanding achievement in New Testament).

Rev. David Nunn memorial award (for outstanding achievement in the area of field ministries) was bagged by Besuveyi, and Kahizo Vadeo bagged Rev. CB Anderson memorial award (for outstanding achievement in the area of practical theology and Christian maturity.
 
The programme was led Zhapuvilie yashü lecturer, invocation was proposed by Khriela Lhoungu lecturer, Bible reading by Sungti lecturer, the awards were given away by Abeiü Neihulie president KBC, special song was presented by Asenuo Kintso and closing remarks and prayer was done by Mhonchumo S Lotha lecturer.
