BJP Nagaland unit Saturday while strongly condemning the resolution moved by Punjab Congress MLA Ajit Singh Mofar in the Punjab Assembly to send stray dogs to Nagaland and Mizoram, demanded apology for making an “insulting remark” and for having “discrimination attitude” towards Northeasterners.

BJP spokesman and general secretary K. James Vizo said that the remark was “derogatory and insulting not only to the people of Nagaland and Mizoram but to the entire North eastern region”.
