Rio declines brand new car as gift

State chief minister Neiphiu Rio Saturday declined a brand new ETIOS (GD) stating that “gifting was illegal”.
Rio said this while addressing the invitees and well wishers at the formal opening of Okusa Toyota show room, Walford, Dimapur.
Lauding the proprietor, parliamentary secretary for irrigation and flood control, Y. Vikheho Swu and the staff of the Okusa Toyota, Rio said local youths could be trained automobile engineering and mechanics.
He also disclosed that the DAN III government had decided to purchase durable vehicles and procured 30 Toyota vehicles.
