NTCA general conference concludes

The 11th Nagaland Theological Colleges Association (NTCA) annual general conference which began on November 17 concluded on a high note on November 18 at Shalom Bible Seminary, Sechu-Zubza.

The highlight of the conference was a panel discussion on “Leadership and Society” in which four eminent personalities in Nagaland, Niketu Iralu, Neichute Doulo,  Huzo Meru, and Khontele Seb as panelists engaged with the delegates of the conference from a socio-cultural, political, economic, gender, and religious perspectives.

Two very important papers relating to faith and social dimensions of ethics were presentated on the topics “Leadership and Biblical Ethos” by Dr. Atsi Dolie, and “Leadership and Ethics in Naga Society” by Dr. Pangernungba.

The 9th Volume of the NTCA Journal The Vision based on the theme “Leadership and Christian Ethos” was also released by the President of NTCA, Rev. Thebemo Yanthan.

In the evening worship on Saturday, Dr. Sanyu Iralu, Principal, Shalom Bible Seminary delivered a passionate message on “Leadership and Integrity,” while Alongla Aier, Associate Professor, Oriental Theological Seminary, charged the congregation with the Word of God to be “Servant Leaders” in the Sunday morning worship.

The Shalom Choir praised God and enthralled the delegates through music on both the worship services.
Altogether, 29 Bible colleges and seminaries from all over Nagaland participated in the conference.
