United Sangtam Students’ Conference (USSC) has lauded Border Road Organisation (BRO), working on NH-155 – Zunheboto, Aghunato, Kiphire (ZAK) – for clearing landslides, jungle, side drain and sharp turnings under the in-charge of A.K Singh BR-1. The conference while stating that its 61st annual session would be held at Seyochung Town from January 8-11 2009, has further appealed BRO to do the same in Kiphire, Amahator, Lukhami (KAL) sector; the shortest route to Seyochung town. Meanwhile, USSC has also lauded Nagaland State Transport (NST), for providing daily service from Kiphire to Dimapur and Kiphire to Kohima. Further, lauding the effort of the department, the conference has appealed for resuming NST service from Kiphire to Tuensang and also to provide new NST service from Kiphire to Seyochung town via Sitimi town, stating it would enable the district public to avail the cheapest means of transport.
