PTMK celebrates 19th annual day

The 19th annual day of Pfuchatsumia Thenumiapfii Mechü Krotho (PTMK) was held on Saturday at Zieke with land resources development project officer, Kruyie Pienyü as chief guest. Addressing the session Kruyie Pienyü urged upon PTMK to aim for higher glory, adding one should not think for oneself but think for others as well and change for betterment. He also called upon parents to educate their children how to respect their elders. Further, Kruyie stressed on the need to use talent in proper way. Reminding the gathering that P. Khel would host 59th KVSA meet in 2010, Kruyie called upon all the citizens of P. Khel to come forward and work mutually for the success of the meet. Short speeches were delivered by Khriepra-ü Rutsa, Vituo-ü Pienyii and Meguo-o Mechiilho, chairman P. Khel council. Earlier, Vilazonuo Rutsa, vice president chaired the function, while invocation prayer was pronounced by Vituo-ü Pienyü, welcome address by Neikesanuo Rutsa, president PTMK and vote of thanks was delivered by Vilazonuo Rutsa. PTMK also observed one-minute silence in memory of those who passed during the last one-year. Kuolievinuo Mere gave a brief report of general secretary from 2003 to 2009, while the treasurer report was presented by Kuotuoii Rutsa. In her address newly elected president for the tenure 2009 -2011, Khrieneinuo Pienyü sought cooperation from all. Meanwhile, a new team of officer bearers for the tenure 2009 to 2011 was announced, which include Khrieneinuo Pienyu as president, Vilazonuo Rutsa and Vila-ü Rutsa as vice presidents, Kelhoulenuo Sote as general secretary and several others to various capacities. The unit representatives include Khrievotsonuo Sote, Tounei-ü Sote, Vireinuo Sote, Vilazonuo Mere, Toule-ü Rutsa, Diesuokhrieü Rutsa, Neisakho-ü Pienyii and Neipekrei-ü Mechiilho.
