Level A coaches training for NCA

First batch of cricket coaches from Nagaland Cricket Association (NCA) namely Atha C. Angami and Keviselhou from Kohima, Somuth Ally, Wokha and Hannan, Dimapur have completed their level ‘A’ coaches training under the National Cricket Academy, that was hosted by the Sikkim Cricket Association (SCA) under the BCCI. Meanwhile, the NCA secretary, Abu Metha has thanked the SCA for hosting the training camp for the North Eastern States and the team of coaches from the NCA namely; Dr. K. Suratwala (phiyso), Dinesh Nanavaty (batting coach), R. Sridhar (fielding coach) and B. Arun (bowling coach) for their services during the training camp. The convener of cricket development NCA, A. Rahman has informed the district cricket associations to avail the services of theses coaches to develop junior cricket in various districts in the state. It may be also mentioned that the Nagaland has recently affiliated to the BCCI and is eligible to participate only in junior tournaments under BCCI.
