Women urged to play greater role in society

Angami Christian Revival Church Women Association (ACRCWA) 46th conference concluded Sunday here at Christian Revival Church Diphupar withprincipal, Faith Thelogical Seminary, Kohima, Rev. Dr. Visielie as speaker. Stressing on the theme 'People do not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God', taken from Matthew 4:4, Rev. Visielie called for revitalization of present society and to live in Christian faith. Emphasizing on a Christians' duty to obey and respect the commandments of God, he encouraged participants to worship God with truth and faith. He said, God showered his countless blessings if lived with God's fear and by faith prayers were answered. He praised God for the blessings bestowed upon the congregation in many ways. He also urged the women folk to play greater role in society physically and spiritually and bring up their children in the ways of God. The concluding day of the 46th ACRCWA conference witnessed more than 2500 participants from 82 churches of Angami Christian Revival Church (ACRC), Dimapur, Kohima town, Northern, Southern, and Western with choir from CRC, Chiechama.
