ENSF irked by principal''s absence

Eastern Nagaland Student’s Federation (ENSF) has expressed dismay over the absence of principal of Sao Chang Government College, Tuensang from the college especially when the students were appearing for board examinations. The federation has appealed higher authority to take stern action against the principal who had allegedly taken leave without prior information. Eastern Nagaland Student’s Federation officials led by its vice president and president of Yimchunger Akheru Arihako (YAA), L. Shahoto Yim, along with media personnel, on Saturday visited three centers in Tuensang, which include Government Higher Secondary School, Government High School Thangjam and Sao Chang Government College on the second day of the ongoing board examinations. During the visit to various examination halls, Eastern Nagaland Student’s Federation vice president L. Shahoto Yim, who is also the president of Yimchunger Akheru Arihako , urged the teachers and invigilator to pay more attention to students in order to avoid unwanted situation and also to ensure that students write their exam peacefully without any disturbance. Eastern Nagaland Student’s Federation officials are keeping vigil of the ongoing board exams in four districts which include Tuensang, Mon, Longleng and Kiphire for the welfare of the eastern Naga students.
