Kyong Yingsung Olongo Baptist Ekumkho Sanrhyu (KYOBES) has expressed displeasure over the ongoing road construction between Sanis and Lakhuti village where coiling and meddling of road were not executed as per the norms of the government. KYOBES chairman Ezanbemo Odyuo in a press statement said meddling works should have been completed by using stone chips, water tanker and roller as was used for road construction in Mekokla and Akuk village. However, for Sanis and Lakhuti village even good quality stones were not used for construction and the drainage could not be constructed despite crores of rupees that were sanctioned by the government. In this connection, KYOBES has appealed to the authority in charge not to pass the bill for release of payment till the works were properly re-executed as per norms and specification. KYOBES also appealed to the public leaders and registered contractors to intervene and raise voice for re-execution of road construction between Sanis and Lakhuti village.
