Muslim fanatics have launched a furious attack on cancer-stricken Jade Goody, insisting she’ll go to hell because she is a Christian.
The attack by followers of hate preacher Omar Bakri comes after the former Big Brother’s decision to be baptised.
The ceremony was conducted at the weekend in London’s Royal Marsden Hospital for Goody and her young sons Bobby and Freddie.
Extremists who support Bakri and al-Qaeda launched the attack on a website operated by a banned group which backs the preacher, who is now based in the Lebanon.
“The Christian faith to which she now turns to does not provide the answers,” the Sun quoted the fanatics, as saying.
“Jesus to who Christians plead for salvation will be of no avail. We call upon Jade Goody, other Christians and mankind to return back to Allah.
“If you do not then death awaits and hell will be the final abode and destiny for those who disbelieve in Allah,” they added.
Stricken reality TV star Jade Goody has been revealed as the mystery benefactor whose donation helped 126 children in India escape a life of poverty.
Just like the kids in Slumdog Millionaire the youngsters spent days begging by the railway tracks and nights sleeping rough in the city of Itarsi in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. All that changed, though, after Jade paid for them to be fed, clothed and cared for at a children’s shelter.
The 27-year-old TV star made the secret donation in 2007 after a she visited the country following her high profile falling out with Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty on Celebrity Big Brother. Moved by the children’s plight on a trip to a Dehli project run by the British charity Railway Children, she felt motivated to help.
In her biography Catch A Falling Star Jade told how she donated £100,000 to charities in the country, a large chunk of which was used to help the children. “I wanted to give them the things that my kids take for granted,” she said. “None of them had even had a birthday party. I so wished I could just go over and throw a huge celebration for them.”
The reality television star, who has weeks to live, fears that she might not be able to see her sons Bobby, aged five, and four-year-old Freddie, unless she is allowed home from hospital soon, it was reported.
Her sight has declined rapidly leaving her with partial vision in only one eye.

“Every day Jade is away from the children she knows it’s one less day she’ll get to spend with them before she dies,” a friend told The Sun.
“She is desperate to be close to her sons in her final hours and hates them seeing her in hospital.
“She wants to go home and be surrounded by family and friends, not in a hospital bed.
“Everyone is concentrating on getting the nurses prepared so that she can face the pain at home.”
