The ministry of public relation and NGOs of GPRN/NSCN has appealed ‘likeminded and concerned organizations’ to put heart and soul together so as to rebuild and strengthen the confidence and relationship amongst the Nagas.
The ministry of public relation and NGOs of GPRN/NSCN in a press release issued jointly by its Kilonser, Wangtin Naga and secretary, Khekiho Chophi, stated at the juncture when Naga people’s cry for peace, reconciliation and unification was felt everywhere, the need for physical and emotional unification left no choice but forge transparent relationship and understanding between the various organizations and the NSCN/GPRN.
The release also stated that it would spare no effort to undo the past misadventures but usher in a new era of confidence, interdependence and mutual co-existence by acknowledging the fact “It is never too late to know the truth and this truth will and is going to set us free.”
“We have experienced failures in the past due to our inability to come together and take collective decision as a people with common hope and aspiration. With God’s grace Nagas of today have more than sufficient manpower in every field whose selfless and constructive contribution can put us in a far better field whose selfless and constructive contribution can put us in a far better place to take up our common issue with confidence under any given situation,” added the release at the same time urged all right thinking Nagas to come out with ‘open hearts’ and send suggestions, opinion and views in matters concerning the Naga issue without any reservation.
“The living God has given us a chance to come together as one people, as such we should take every advantage to come together rather than ‘politicizing’ it for formation of narrow opinion and mistrusts amongst ‘national workers’ and general public,” ministry of public relation and NGOs of GPRN/NSCN release further added.
It also said that they would utilize all resources to defend and protect the rights and intellectual property of the Nagas leaving aside all forms of destructive forces and against all odds for which they appealed the Nagas that the future is in their hands and the future ‘would and should’ be decided by them only.
The NSCN/GPRN also said it wanted every single Naga to come with ‘open hearts’ with ‘unshakable truth’ to defend the national rights of Naga nation.
