Minority Forum Dimapur calls on Sangma

Leaders of Minority Forum, Dimapur-III A/C, comprising of Kachari, Garo, Gorkha, Advasi and domicile Muslim communities of Dimapur-III A/C interacted with P.A. Sangma, former Lok Sabha speaker and general secretary NCP and his son Conard Sangma, former finance minister, Maghalaya during their visit to Dimapur. The leaders shared the grievances of minority community of Dimapur-III where Sangma assured all possible help in the capacity of his leadership and suggested to meet him time to time. A press release issued by president Minority Forum, Dimapur-III A/C Mohendra Dimasa stated that collective leaders realised the need of the Forum which was actively worked during the time of Lt. D. L. Mech and send their representative to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly and reconstituted the Forum in the month of September 2008 to reunite their people. Forum conveyed gratitude to both the leaders from Maghalaya and expressed hope that every help would be initiated in the days to come.
