NBC 4th graduation ceremony

Graduating students along with guest speaker and college authorities at 4th graduation ceremony of NBC at Khehokhu, Dimapur on Wednesday.

The Nagaland Baptist College, affiliated to Landmark Baptist College, Florida (US), Wednesday held its fourth graduation ceremony at college campus, Khehokhu off Dimapur with a total of 19 students received degrees in various fields. Three different degrees including Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.), Bachelor of Divinity (B.Div) and Graduate in Theology (G.Th) were received by graduate students, college authority said. Addressing the graduation ceremony as guest speaker, BSI Auxiliary secretary, Rev Dr K Rochill challenged the graduating students to go wherever one was called to serve. Asserting that the calling of God was not about “position, good food, clothing or facilities”, Rev. Dr. Rochill said currently everybody called upon to serve the Lord ask for salaries, facilities and invectives. Further, maintaining that those were not what the Lord want, Rev. Rochill urged the graduating students to be patient and hard working in their endeavour. He was addressing on the theme “the high calling of God” (Philip 3:14). Earlier, NBC principal Rev. Dr. Yekishe Awomi conferred degrees to graduating students, WSH president, Hokiye Yeptho exhorted the service and NBC founder president Dr. Vito pronounced benediction. The fourth graduation ceremony of NBC was marked with special songs by NBC students, Khehokhu Baptist Church and graduating students.
