Zunheboto Town Council (ZTC), as per its resolution resolved at a joint meeting held between GBs, CCFZ, business union, AOC and Paramount gas agency, Zunheboto, has informed all that MPR rates should be strictly followed by the consumers of Zunheboto town.
According to a press release issued by ZTC Chairperson, Khehoshe H. Yeptho, in addition to the present consigned centres, there would be three more outlets for distribution of the LPG cylinders including Khawoboto and North Point, New Clolony and Laghilato, Old town and Alahuto.
The release also stated that the council would fix the rate of LPG cylinders and that there would be no more shortages of cylinders and also added that the agent concerned from different wards should collect the empty cylinders from the public.
Further, in matter relating to AOC, Zunheboto, the agency (s) shall supply kerosene oil within its jurisdiction without any shortage and the litres allocated to the GBs shall be supplied without lapses and also the commission shall not be entertained but in its replacement, the oil should be provided by the agency (s), the release added.
Meanwhile, the ZTC has also informed that it would not negotiate in regard to adulteration of petrol and diesel oil.
