Participants of a three-day leadership programme at Don Bosco Youth Centre Kohima were trained on good leadership and its role in the changing world. Topics on art of effective speaking, qualities of charismatic leader and Christian leadership were exhaustively dealt with by resource persons. During an interaction with campers, Rev. Fr. George Keduolhou emphasized that a good Christian leader must first know oneself and serve people with love till the end.
He also said leadership was not a part time but job something that lasts with total commitment. The speakers for the same programme included Thekrunei Edward, Vilanuo Angela, Rokovono Rita and Kenneth Punyü, who emphasized the need of good leadership today in this changing world with various interactive session and workshops.
The critical evaluation of the sessions and sharing by the participants helped one and all at the camp to critically examine ones strengths and weakness and cultivate qualities to transform oneself and the society at large.
