NSF conference at Mopungchuket

The 23rd general conference of Naga Students’ Federation would be held from April 27 to 30 at Mopungchuket village, Mokokchung, which is being hosted by Ao Students’ Conference (AKM), with Nagaland chief minister, Neiphiu Rio, as chief guest while Nagaland home minister, Imkong L. Imchen, Morung Makunga, MLA, Manipur, and Neiba Kronu, deputy chairman, State Planning Board, would be the special guests. According to a press release issued by general secretary of the federation, Hetoi Chishi, the highlights of the programme in the conference included interactive session on the conference’s theme “Forging Mutual Destiny” with Pfelie Kesiezie, principal, Baptist High, as the resource persons while former judge of Supreme Court of India, and present UP Human Rights Commission, would dwell on “Influx of immigrants vis-à-vis its impact on the socio-economic and identity of the Nagas.” Cultural regale and debate session on “The present educational system is degree oriented,” would also be held at the conference. Inviting all to attend the conference, the NSF has also said that host of guests and dignitaries would address in the conference.
