Minor from Nagaland found in West Bengal

A minor male identified as Laxman Chirusha (13), son of Haran Chirusha, a resident of M T Colony, Dimapur was found at Kharagpur (West Bengal) Railway Station June 19. According to delayed information received from Childline, Paschim Medinipur, the minor was found by Kharagpur GRPS personnel on June 19 and later handed over to Childline who then informed Prodigals Home, Dimapur. When contacted, Prodigals Home director K Ela confirmed about the information received from Childline Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal. She said that when the home spoke to the minor over phone, there was communication problem as the minor could understand Nagamese but could not speak fluently. K. Ela also said the child is under the care of Childline and response from parents or relatives of the minor is awaited so that he could be brought back home. Parents or relatives of the minor may contact Prodigals Home, director and assistant director, K. Ela (9436009366), and Maong Jamir (9436604164), respectively.
