: “GPRN/NSCN” has alleged that its “leacy” Mazu Pfithu Pochury of Yisi village, Tissary region was abducted by NSCN (I-M) at Meluri June 30 and subsequently “murdered” July 1. Charging the rival of killing its “leacy”, the “GPRN/NSCN” through a statement issued by its publicity cell said the killing took place even as the NSCN (I-M) on June 9 had “ordered the Nagas to undertake a 5-day prayer fasting to prepare themselves for new Nagalim.” It also noted that in spite of June 15 declaration by “Chairman SS Khaplang, Isak Chishi Swu and Brig. Shingya”, pledging to strive for unity and reconciliation of the Nagas, and lofty appeals the NSCN (I-M) had “murdered another Naga”. “In the name of unity and reconciliation should Nagas ignore merciless killings? What future does Nagas hope from a despotic gang who knows only how to peel off Naga skin and crush Naga bones?” the “GPRN/NSCN” queried.
