CATC learning experience for cadets

Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC) of junior girls and boys of NCC cadets organized by 66 Nagaland Girls (I) Coy NCC under Col N T Jose Camp Commandant concluded on July 4 at Zakhama Military Station. According to a defence release, a number of cultural events were conducted by cadets from Mon, Phek, Dimapur, Kohima and Mokokchung and activities including classes and practical training on various aspects of military life, like fining, social service and blood donation and also examination for ‘A’ certificate and a number of guest lectures were conducted during the Camp. The concluding function was presided over by Col D A Patil, Station Commander Jakhama. Further, the camp commandant has expressed gratitude to 164 Infantry Bn TA ( Naga), Station HQ Jakhama, MH Jakhama, MES Jakhama, 15 BRTF, 16 Assam Rifles, directorate of Youth Resources and Sports and 24 Nagaland NCC for contributing to their optimum to ensure the success of the camp.
