Interview for ASHA coordinator DIMAPUR: Interview for ASHA Coordinator under Dimapur would be conducted on July 16 at CMO office, Dimapur at 11 a.m. CMO Dr. K. Solo informed that no separate calling letter would be issued to the candidates. Training for VCC, VDB DIMAPUR: The DRDA Kohima would be organising block wise training programme for the newly appointed Gram Rozgar Sevak (GRS) under NREGA including village council chairman (VCC) and VDB secretaries of every village under Kohima district. For Tseminyu training would be conducted on July 15 at Tseminyu town hall, Chiephobozou on July 16 at Chiephobozou town hall and for Kohima and Jakhama on July 17 at Red Cross building Kohima. DPU on registration Dimapur: Dimapur Phom Union (DPU) informed all its members to avail the union registration forms and submit it to the union by August 15, to its own colony in-charge. According to the union, forms will be available with pastor; union vice president, Themlong (9436658476) and general secretary, H. Philip Buchem (9436432291). Meanwhile, the union congratulated the new team of Phom People Council (PPC) office bearers headed by Hamnyei Phom as president and wished them all the best in their endeavors. KSSU on annual membership DIMAPUR: Kohima Sumi Students’ Union (KSSU) has informed respective in-charge to collect the annual membership of every Sumi students from Class V and above. The union also informed respective in-charge to submit the enrollment format along with the membership fee before July 25. Meanwhile, the union in a press statement by its literary and statistical secretary, Yeshika K. Zhimomi congratulated all the successful candidates in the HSLC, HSSLC, JEE and Degree examination. Those candidates who have cleared their current academic session in first position have been informed to submit photocopy of mark sheet to any of the executive. Membership for uneducated employed DIMAPUR: Enrollment of membership for all uneducated employed would be opened at Union head office, opposite census office, Rokoabozuo, High road Kohima. NGSSEWA membership drive DIMAPUR: The newly formed Nagaland Government Servant Senior Employees welfare Association (NGSSEWA) has informed all head of department/offices to send consolidated list of names of eligible employees working who wished to join the association to register their names on or before July 15. Capacity building trg on SGSY DIMAPUR: All VDB secretaries under RD Block, Medziphema, has been informed that a ‘Capacity Building Training on SGSY to SHG members’ would be held from July 13 to 16 at 10 am.According to a press release issued by BDO, RD Block, Medziphema, on July 13, the training would be held at Town Hall, Medziphema, at CPO Hall, Chumukedima, on July 14 and at Town Hall, Dimapur, on July 15 and 16. All VDB secretaries have been requested to inform respective SHGs under their village to send two members each from each SHG (Rural) registered under RD Block, Medziphema, SHG Federation, to attend the meeting. CSU Chizami inform students DIMAPUR: Chakhesang Students’ Union (CSU) Chizami town has informed all students from standard 8 onwards, government servants and officers of Chizami town to contribute one book each to the union for the maintenance of union library in the month on July and to contact 9436612067, 9612270798 for further information. Zbto malaria staff meeting deferred DIMAPUR: Zunheboto District (NVBDCP) Malaria staff meeting scheduled on July 14 has been deferred to August 5. This was stated in a press release issued by DMO (NVBDCP), Zunheboto, K. Ahoto Sema. ZDPA executive meeting DIMAPUR: A meeting of Zunheboto District Pensioners Association (ZDPA) has been convened on July 21 at 10 am at the residence of its banker. All office bearers and executive members have been requested to attend the meeting. USLB meet deferred DIMAPUR: The proposed executive meeting of United Sangtam Likhüm Bümji (USLB) scheduled on July 24 has been deferred to July 25 at 10 am. Prayer and fasting KOHIMA: A prayer and fasting programme for Chakhesang Community leaders would be held from July 17-19 at Mission Centre, Chetheba. All leaders of all social organizations, national workers, political parties, church leaders, irrespective of denominations, have been asked to attend the prayer programme. Diploma Engineer’s Service Assn meet DIMAPUR: All members of the Diploma Engineer’s Service Association (I &F.C) department have been requested to attend the meeting on July 17 in the conference hall of the investigation cell, I&F.C, 4th mile Dimapur after the departmental training to discuss the important matters pertaining to service rules. ASU informs non-locals DIMAPUR: All Sumi Student Union, Zunheboto has informed all non-locals residing within Zunheboto town to report to the union office for Inner Line Permit verification starting from July 17 to 20. All non -locals have been informed to submit two recent passports during the verification. Union has cautioned that stern action would be taken against defaulters. ANSAA Dmu general meet DIMAPUR: All Nagaland Sectional Assistant Association (ANSAA), Dimapur, has convened a general meeting on July 15 at 10 am at PWD Rest House, Dimapur. Informing all SAs to pay their annual membership fees and welfare fund (Rs.100) to the association, the association in a press release issued by its secretary has requested all concerned to attend the meeting while also asking them to cooperate to uplift the association. DPDB Peren meet DIMAPUR: Monthly DPDB meeting of Peren district has been convened on July 16 at 11 am at DC’s conference hall for which all members have been requested to attend the meeting. DDVDB meeting DIMAPUR: Dimapur District VDB Association (DDVDB) has convened a meeting on July 14 at 10 am at the residence of its banker. The meeting would deliberate on issues pertaining to proper implementation of tools and materials under NREGA and other related issues for which all its executive members have been requested to attend the meeting. The association also directed all VDB secretaries under Dimapur district not to collect tools from the office until further order. It also cautioned of viewing the matter seriously to those found violating the direction.
