Assessment camp for physically challenged

The district welfare officer, Dimapur in association with PATH Guwahati and ALIMCO would be organizing an assessment camp for physically challenged people on June 25 at office of District Welfare Officer, Diphupar from 9 am. District Welfare Officer Dimapur Tulula Pongen, in a press release informed that besides assessment camp measurement would be taken for distribution of free medical aid for hearing and vision impaired kits, wheel chair and tri cycle, crutches and elbow crutches, folding walking stick for blind persons and walking sticks. Physically challenged people have been informed to produce two passport photographs, one full size photograph showing the disability, income certificate not exceeding Rs.6500/- per month and disability certificate issued by District Medical Board.
