DEO, DIS Kohima, DIS Peren inform schools

District Education Officer (DEO), Kohima, has informed all principals and headmasters of GHSS/GHS under its jurisdiction excluding Tseminyu sub-division to submit necessary documents latest by July 29 for submission to SIT vigilance. DEO, Kohima, V. Meyase has informed to submit documents which include service book of all categories of teachers—graduate and under graduate teachers, drawing teacher/PET/Hindi teachers/ language teacher/knitting instructor/carpentry instructor from January 2002 to 2009, service book of transfer orders-inter district and other districts and transferred with post (if any). Further, all teachers have been directed to appear in person with original appointment order, appointment against retired vacancy along with release order of retired person in original, extension and transfer orders, educational documents in original from matriculation onwards along with a set of photocopy and two recent passport size photographs. The release further said any principal, headmaster, or teacher failing to comply would be held responsible. DIS Kohima informs The Deputy Inspector of Schools, Kohima has informed all teachers serving under DIS Kohima and those appointed and transferred under the establishment of Deputy Inspector of schools Kohima from January 2002 to May 31, 2009 to be present for physical verification along with original appointment order, transfer order, extension orders(s) release order for those appointed against retirement vacancy, along with two passport copies, educational documents from HSLC onwards on June 29 at 9.30 am at Vigilance commission office, Kohima. DIS Peren informs schools Deputy Inspector Schools (DIS) –cum- District Project Coordinator DMA (SSA) Peren, Apeuna Iheilung informed all Higher secondary schools and High schools both government and private to submit the students enrollment and bio-data of the staff on or before June 29.
