DIS Kma inform teachers DIMAPUR: The Deputy Inspector of Schools, Kohima has informed all the teachers serving under DIS Kohima and those who are appointed and transferred under the establishment of Deputy Inspector of Schools, Kohima, from January 2002 to May 31, 2009 to be present for physical verification along with original appointment order, transfer order, extension orders (s) release order for those appointed against retirement vacancy, along with two passport copies, educational documents from HSLC onwards on June 29 at 9 am at Vigilance Commission office, Kohima. Littami Old Students’ Union meet DIMAPUR: Meeting of Littami Old Students’ Union (LOSU) has been convened on July 4 at 9:30 am at the residence of union banker, Littami Old village. Union president, Inazhe N. Sumi has requested all executives, advisors and GBs to attend the meeting. Further, union informed that action would be taken as per its law to those failing to attend the meeting, KWUAC meet DIMAPUR: Meeting of Khuova Water Users Association Chumukedima (KWUAC) has been convened on July 1at 9 am at Chumukedima Village council hall (old). Association president, Neiphrolie Chatsu has requested all Khuova river cannal users of Chumukedima area and field owners to attend the meeting. Lumani Students’ Union informs DIMAPUR: All executive members and former members of Lumani Students’ Union (LSU) have been informed to contact Atokivi K Kinimi, president LSU at the number 09862266356. KSUD informs DIMAPUR: Executive meeting of Konyak Students’ Union Dimapur (KSUD) has been convened on June 27 at 3 pm at the residence of union treasurer, ADC court. KSUD president P. Honko Luklem, informed that union would collect statistical report and annual membership fees for present tenure at rupees 100 from Class X (repeaters) and above and a sum of rupees 30 from Class V to X. All schools, colleges and institutions have been requested to cooperate with the union. Meanwhile, union has requested all students’ incharge of respective institutions to submit enrolment format along with membership fees on or before August 22 and to contact 9856436565/9862658573 for more details. KDSSU second assembly DIMAPUR: Second session assembly of Kiphire District Sumi Students’ Union (KDSSU) has been convened on July 6 at the residence of its banker, JE Inato, Kiphire town. All office bearers, executives, unit presidents and general secretaries have been requested to attend the meeting. KPYF combine fellowship DIMAPUR: Quarterly combine youth fellowship of Kohima Baptist Youth Fellowship (KPYF) has been convened on June 27 at Minister’s Hill Baptist Church, Kohima, at 3 pm. All youth members of different Churches in Kohima have been invited to attend the service. Royal Club meeting KOHIMA: The Royal Club has convened an emergency meeting on June 28 at 4 pm at the club building. PWD (R&B) &(H) meet KOHIMA: All Nagaland PWD (R&B) & (H) Work charge Employees Association informed to all unit president and VRS Applicants of skilled labour , under PWD ( R &B) & (H) that there will general meeting on June 30 at its head office Kohima. All the unit president under PWD (R&B) &(H) have been requested to send two volunteers from each division to attend the meeting without fail. KMC directives on trade license renewal KOHIMA : The Kohima Municipal Council informed all shops / business/ financial / private establishment school / academic institutions to renew / obtain operation/ trader license from the office of KMC. In a release, KMC said that it was already in the process of checking on shops and business establishment and action were initiated against non-compliances. It also informed that institutional license was issued to non-trade/ business establishment. Further KMC informed that necessary action would be taken against defaulter and service would be deprived. National Integration Youth Harmony Run Kohima : The Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University is organizing the National Integration Youth Harmony Run -2009 on Sunday beginning Academy Hall P.R. Hill to DC Local ground Wozhuro Range Students Union Kohima : Executive meeting of Wozhuro Range Students Union (WRSU) has been convened on July 2 at 10.30 am at the residence of assistant literary secretary, Forest colony, Kohima. All office bearers have been directed to attend the meeting. Workshop for in-service dental surgeons DIMAPUR: Directorate of Health & Family Welfare, Nagaland would be organising a one-day workshop for in-service Dental Surgeons on ‘Tobacco Control Laws and Oral Disease Surveillance’ on June 30 at Red Cross Complex, Kohima. Joint Director & State Nodal Officer (NTCP), Dr. N. Savino has directed all Dental Surgeons working under the department to attend the workshop Langrik Anchal Surakhya Samity DIMAPUR: Meeting of Langrik Anchal Surakhya Samity (LASS) has been convened on June 27 at 4 pm at the residence of Aheto Yepthomi, Lengi Tea Estate Colony (Longi Bosti). In this regard, samity informed all its office bearers, advisors and village/area representatives to attend the meeting. All Nagaland Municipal meeting DIMAPUR: Meeting of All Nagaland Municipal and Town Council Forum has been convened at Tourist Lodge at 4 pm on July 3. According to chairperson DMC, each council would be represented by chairman or deputy chairman and two councilors would attend the meeting. Kohima Municipal Council would coordinate the meeting. KSUD executive meet DIMAPUR: Executive meeting of Konyak Students’ Union Dimapur (KSUD) has been convened on June 27 at 3 pm at the residence of its treasurer. Meanwhile, in a separate release, the union has informed it would collect statistical report and annual membership fee for the year 2009-10. The release said Rs.100 would be collected from Class X (repeaters) and above and Rs.30 from the students of Class V to X for which all school, colleges and institutions have been requested to cooperate with the union. Further, it informed students’ in-charge of the respective institution to submit the enrollment format along membership fee latest by August 22 for which one have been informed to contact 9856436565 or 9862658573 for details. Community capacity building symposium WOKHA: Kyong Hungjantaren Ekhüng (KHE) would be conducting a one-day symposium on community capacity building on July 3, 9am at LTC Hall, Wokha. Union further informed that symposium would be attended by rural leaders and sponsored by government of Nagaland, with Wokha deputy commissioner Wepretso Mero as chief guest.
