Minister for Agriculture, Nagaland, Dr. Chumben Murry, inaugurated the newly constructed market complex at Wokha Town on June 20. Speaking after inaugurating the market complex, Dr. Chumben expressed gratitude to Nagaland chief minister, Neiphiu Rio, and NPF president, Dr. Shürhozelie, minister for urban development, for extending all possible help in getting funds for construction of the complex.
He also expressed gratitude and appreciation to the contractor (Benrio), C/o Mhabemo Ngullie, for completing the building which was constructed in a proper way at the same time extended appreciation to district urban development department for rendering all possible help and supervising their services.
Delivering a short speech, deputy commissioner, Wokha, Wepretso Mero, expressed that one of the long cherished dreams have come true by completing the market complex building and urged Wokha Town Council (WTC) and management committee members to run the market complex properly.
Joint director, urban development department, A. Zanbemo Ngullie, also spoke at the function on behalf of the department which was presided over by Imtilepden, District Urban Development, Wokha.
