DYON meeting DIMAPUR: The next executive meeting of Dimasa Youth Organisation Nagaland (DYON) central body has been convened on July 18, 10 am at Purana Bazar. Meanwhile, the youth organisation held a meeting on July 10 at Munglumuk village community hall with an agenda to form a DYON sub-unit, Dhansiripar area chaired by Dharam Girisa, president DYON. In a press release jointly issued by Dharam Girisa, president and Apun Naben, general secretary DYON has also informed that office bearers for DYON sub-unit Dhansiripar area for the tenure of five years has been selected with Biresh Khemprai as president, Makhonlal Jigdung as general secretary, Sajen Nunisa as treasurer and other office bearers. ITI inform students DIMAPUR: Regular classes for Industrial Training Institute (ITI) first and second years for various courses would commence from August 17. Principal Er. Wati, informed all final year trainees that AITT 2009 programme has been rescheduled to August 12. ‘Zunga Ter’ meeting DIMAPUR: Reongsanger Putu Menden, Zunga Ter of Nokpu village has convened an emergency meeting on August 1. L. Yanger Walling, secretary Nokpu Village Council (NVC) and Jemsungba Walling, VCC NVC has requested all the members under Zunga Ter to attend the meeting and to reach the village on July 31. Further, it was informed that members failing to attend the meeting without proper reason would be punished as per the customary law. MCBC, YD comedy show MOKOKCHUNG: In commemoration of 26 years of Mokokchung Compound Baptist Church (MCBC), Youth Department, the MCBC, YD would be organising a first of its kind comedy show at Church Building on July 17 from 6 pm onwards. Youth Department has extended invitation to all well-wishers from in and around Mokokchung town to attend the show. ENPO meeting DIMAPUR: An emergency executive meeting with members of ENU, all presidents of the Federating Tribal Units, ENGOA, ENWO, ENSF, members of the Advisory board, Legal Advisors (both customary and Judicial) and all unit presidents has been convened on July 17 at Dimapur. Participants and members from far flung areas have been informed to reach Circuit House Dimapur by July 16 where food and lodging would be borne . Members have been informed to contact unit president Dimapur through mobile number 9436442254. ASHA training deferred DIMAPUR: The Asha training for Peren and Tenning Blocks scheduled from July 14 to 17 has been deferred to July 28 to 31. Mukalimi Students’ Union meeting DIMAPUR: Mukalimi Students’ Union (MSU) has convened a meeting on July 17 at 10 am at the residence of its banker, Mukalimi Village. All advisor and office bearers have been requested to attend the meeting. Fellowship and counseling for PLHAs DIMAPUR: Eyilo Ministry, a wing of Lotha Baptist Church Dimapur (LBCD) for the Ministry to the PLHAs would be organizing first fellowship and counseling for PLHAs on July 14, 10 am at Lotha Baptist Church, Dimapur. Church leader training for the ministry to the PLHAs sponsored by NEICORD Shillong would also be conducted on July 23 and 24 at Community Transformation Centre of Bethesda Youth Welfare Centre, Walford Dimapur. This was informed through a press release.
