Having read all about the new born baby girl discovered after she was abandoned to die in a bamboo grove near the NAP Firing Range Chumukedima on Sunday, a caller from the London(UK) rang up the office of the Nagaland Post Wednesday afternoon to inform that she would donate some money for the baby girl. “I will send some money for Baby Jane” the caller said. The baby, now five-days old which this newspaper christened as ‘Baby Jane’ was adopted by a childless couple and is progressing well in a private hospital undergoing treatment for respiratory ailment due to overexposure to rain as well as severe ant bites. It was a miracle that the baby survived and now another miracle comes her way from someone who cared in a far away land. Meanwhile, the foster parents have requested for prayers for their adopted baby.
