300 kids participate in Summer Bible School

A five-day long ‘Summer Bible School’ which started on July 15 under the theme ‘Touch the World’ entered the third-day with more than 300 kids from Great Commission Kids Academy, Naga United Village and from various others schools in Dimapur. The third-day of the summer school on Friday was marked with colourful wear, water games and participation of kids in praise and worship. Sharing on the theme of the day, ‘I can tell my neighbours about Jesus’ as devotion speaker, Subo, project director, Community Educational Centre Society expressed the need to spread the Gospel to one’s neighbour and others. Stressing on the main activities of the day ‘Colourful day’ he assumed children could get lots of colour, and urged them to share the different colours with one another without discrimination on the ground of colour, creed or on racial ground as all are one and equal in the eyes of God. He also said one should take the Gospel to others through action by praying, sharing and further called upon to reach out to the children. The organizer of the “Summer Bible School’ Kids Worship, Great Commission Academy, Naga United Village with the purpose to facilitate the kid in intensive Bible studies and assure of the salvation organized the Summer Bible School. The kids were divided into various classes participating in various activities in games, spiritual aspects, craft and workshop. The concluding day of the Summer School will be celebrated with the parents of the kids under the theme of the day ‘I can tell everybody about Jesus’ on July 19.
