TUBC holds seminar, sports meet

Tesophenyu Upper Baptist Church Youth seminar was held on July 4 and 5 at church premises and attended by 200 participants. Speaking on the topic ‘True love waits’, Zanbenmo Kithan , principal Mount Tergogvii Theological College Zunpha Tseminyu encouraged the youth to wait till maturity to get married with right life partner through Christian way of Holy matrimonial for which they will be richly blessed in their future life. Another resource person, Phanimo Kath, lecturer Eastern Theological College Jorhat Assam , who spoke on the topic “Youth and sexuality ” explained in detailed along with the reference taken from the book which he was the author. Most of the participants were blessed with their well prepared topic for rest of their life. Meanwhile the SELO week was observed on July 31 - August 1 at Tesophenyu lcola ground with Dr. Tinenlo Jemu, SMO Tseminyu as chief guest, he encouraged the participants to maintain the games and spirit in all the disciplines for the extension of God Kingdom. Various events were competed, with the Youth Department of TUBC divided the youth in three groups called Kecha(Peace), Kaali(Love) and Kenodi(Faith), where Kecha group emerged as the overall champion . Further, TUBC has expressed gratitude to the resource persons, chief guest and also all participants for making the program a success.
