Ex-chairman of new Jalukie alleged of misusing name plate

Member of Progressive Welfare Students Union Peren district, S.P Tari has alleged that even after the expulsion of ex-chairman Maisaing Teise of New Jalukie village from the post of chairman and VCM, the ex-chairman had been using designation plate of president of village chairman union Peren district in his vehicle. S.P Tari also alleged that ex-chairman Maisaing Teise was expelled after a case was filed against him in the court of SDO (C) Jalukie and new village council chairman was elected. In a press release Tari stated that as per constitution of Peren district village chairman union, to become the president of the Chairman union one must be the chairman of the village Further, the press note has informed administrative officer and general public that any kind of seal of Maisaing Teise president of VCU will be invalid. Plea to post teachers in Aghunaqa area DIMAPUR: Village Education Committee Union, Aghunaqa under District Inspector of Schools Niuland has appealed to the education department to post sufficient teachers to every school in view of the forthcoming board examinations of class VIII and IV. The union also appealed District Inspector of Schools, Niuland to re-post the teachers to every school taking into account the shortage of teachers in Aghunaqa area. A release issued Village Education Committee Aghunaqa area union president Kasiho Sukhalu and secretary H Kuhovi Yeptho, requested for sufficient teachers to be posted from the 480 teachers posts that were to be created by the department.
