Swine flu awareness in Kohima, Zbto DIMAPUR: Chief Medical Officer, Kohima will be conducting an awareness programme on swine flu for all GBs/Chairmen of various Colonies/Wards on September 15 at DC’s Conference hall at 10:30 a.m. Resource persons from Medical Department will also address Kohima DPDB meeting at 12:30 p.m. Meanwhile, one day training on Swine flu has been convened on September 7 at the premises of chief medical office, Zunheboto. All SMO’s of CHS’s and all MO’s of PHC’s have been informed to attend the training. Restricted holiday for bank employees DIMAPUR: The State Government has informed that restricted holiday for Durga Puja for Government Employees on September 27 (Sunday) has been declared as holiday on September 26 (Saturday) for bank employees and other institutions under Negotiated Instrument Act. Further, restricted holiday for Onam festival on September 12 (Saturday) for Kerala Community working under state government has been changed to September 2 (Wednesday). Preparation for Meluri road show DIMAPUR: To discuss on Road Show for Meluri, a meeting has been convened on September 3 at 2 pm at the office of Additional Chief Secretary & Development Commissioner. Road Show for Yemshi Pochury festival will be organised at Meluri on October 2 and 3. Commissioner & Secretary/Director, Rural Development; Commissioner & Secretary/Director, Industries & Commerce; Commissioner & Secretary/Director, Geology & Mining; Commissioner & Secretary/Director, Agri & Allied; Commissioner & Secretary/Director, Horticulture; Managing Director, NHHDC; Secretary/Director, Women Development; Project Director, Music Task Force; Commissioner & Secretary/Director, IPR; Project Director, Bamboo Mission; Commissioner & Secretary/Director, Land Resources and Commissioner & Secretary/Director, Health & Family Welfare department have been informed to attend the meeting.
