Notes of gratitude

NHAK: The managing director and staff of Blood Bank, Naga Hospital Authority Kohima have thanked the principal, programme officers and students of Kohima Science College Jotsoma for donating blood during the 48th foundation day of the college. The hospital authority informed through a release that 25 units of blood were donated by the students while 20 blood groupings were done. During the programme, Dr. V. Khamo, Sr. Pathologist, NHAK, apprised the students on motivation of blood donation. The hospital authority further lauded the practical gesture of the students and stated that such noble act would be remembered. ASBPF: All Sumi Baptist Pastors’ Fellowship (ASBPF) has expressed gratitude to Shetoyi Yeptho , MLA Chairman NHHDC Ltd for laying the foundation stone of the ASBPF office cum guest house at Zhimo colony and also donating Rupees one lakh towards the construction. ASU: Akuk Students’ Union (ASU) has expressed gratitude to Kyong Students’ Union for conduction an educational tour of Akuk village under the leadership of President Yiben Humtsoe. ASU also expressed gratitude to Burnendu Honda (of HIWELL) for installing the computer Hole in the wall at GMS Akukand all those who helped in installing the computer and felicitated Chumlamo Patton for receiving the Sub -divisional Teacher’s award. PSU: Phom Students’ Union (PSU) has expressed gratitude to all members who helped in making the Social work held on September 12 at Kisama. The Union also expressed gratitude St Josephs College Jakhama. Japfu Christian College Kigwema and science college Jotsoma for their participation and also thanked the following officers: K Chaoba Ohom , DSP; Yapang Phom, SO; B Phongtau Phom Vig Inspector, H Henthai Phom APO; A angam Phom , Supervisor; L Himcha Phom, APO; Longngoi Phom Ps to parliamentary secretary transport & com, and Ponghau Phom, SO. SSU: Sanis Students Union (SSU) has thanked Achila Quinker BDO Sanis for her contribution towards the development of Sanis. In a press release issued the union president and general secretary stated that the development undertaken during the tenure shall be remembered. Meanwhile the union has also welcomed Temjen, new BDO Sanis and has wished him the best in his new assignment. kma Forest colony union: The forest colony union, Kohima has expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Nicky Kire, MLA for contributing 50 plastic chairs and a set of sound system for the community hall. The union while wishing him good health and long life said that his contribution has fulfilled the needs of the forest colony, Kohima. SMO: Senior Medical Officer(SMO) and staff of Community Health Centre(CHC) , Chozuba, expressed gratitude to minister health and family welfare Khuzoluzo, commissioner and secretary Menukhol John and Mission Director NRHM for appointing a new NHRM doctor and also deputy another doctor to assist the hospital. In a release , SMO CHC , Chozuba, said that the urgent need to have sufficient doctors in the hospital has been felt quite long and Besupra Swuro, PS to the medical minister took personal interest for appointment of the doctor, for which the hospital also expressed gratitude to him. Peoples’ Education Network: Peoples’ Education Network has expressed gratitude to Kelei Zeliang Project Director DRDA Peren for taking up various developmental activities in the District for the welfare of the public. Within a few years as Project Director several public amenities such as waiting shed, approached road, community Ring well, market haat etc had been created which have relieved the public to a great extend, stated Peoples’ Education Network. It further appealed to general public to take good care of the assets to serve the public to the fullest. GPS Punglwa B: Government Primary School Punglwa B staff has extended their appreciation to DIS Peren for giving mid day meal and also providing a type writer for the school. This was stated by Heiliang Liegise Teacher in charge GPS Punglwa B on Friday. PVYO: Peren village Youth Organisation (PVYO) has congratulated Keyirangding Hegui, EAC Kohima, the first administrative officer from Peren village to be posted as EAC. The union in a press release has lauded him and hoped that he rendered best and selfless service for the betterment of the society. MBC: The Midland Baptist Church (MBC), Kohima Youth department has expressed profound gratitude to the MLA and Chairman NKVIB, Dr. Nicky Kire for donating an imported drum set to the youth department of the church. His concern for the Church in particular and the society in general was appreciated by one and all, stated in a release by Atou Liezietsu, Advisor to the youth department. Zbto ATMA: Kiwi Farmers Association Zunheboto (KFAZ) has thanked ATMA Zunheboto for re-activating the Kiwi Fruit which was initiated under NEPED. The e-activated programme was held at District Soil Conservation Office (DSCO) on September 15. Re-activating-cum-Interaction with farmers initiated by ATMA Zunheboto headed by its project director Zhekheto Awomi, DSCO Zunheboto, Ahovi, district agriculture officer (DAO) and Chanda, DHO.
