Election of union office bearers

NPF: NPF central office has appointed several members as in-charge of all division headquarters. The divisions have been asked to be in touch with their respective heads. The divisional in-charge include Neisatuo Keditsu and Achamo Kikon for Kohima division, T.Sielie and Akuto Tuccu for Dimapur, Bendangtoshi, Limasashi and Aodangnok for Mokokchung, Nzanbemo, Khisonal Viswentso and Vanthungo Odyuo for Wokha, N. Vihoshe Swu, Imdong and Phanish Chung for Zunheboto, C. Khayi, Kikovi Kirha and Shepo Hiesuh for Phek, A.N. Samuel Konyak and Ngamon Konyak for Mon, Lemba, Hopong, Moanungsang for Tuensang, P.A. Selicia Yim, Lhousito Khro and C. Sentiyanger for KiphireKenzeideng Elunglung and Atovi Zhimomi for Peren, D. Mangne Ailly, Thongou Khaming and Lima Imsong for Longleng, and gwani Kent and Toniho Sheqi for Tseminyu and Pughoboto. Labour Union New Market: Labour Union, New Market, Kohima has elected a new team of office bearers with G. Moses Seyie –President, Duokuosii Pucho- Vice president, Rokohol Pucho- general secretary , Atsiebu Punyu – assistant general secretary, Rokotsiito Siamvii- treasurer, Asa Sophie – joint secretary , Kevi Watsu ,Rajesh, Siezo Kuotsu and Vise Solo – asst secretaries, Kevilelie Yiese , Jonba and Avilie Chase – Advisors. It may be mentioned that the Labour Union was formed on July 13, 2009, to promote and safeguard the labours of the colony as well as for the benefit of public in general. Wokha District: Wokha District Registered Co-operative Societies elected office bearers for a tenure of three years with N. Zubemo Kikon as President, Mhalo Ezung as vice president and Limhathung Mozhul as general secretary. Peren Town: Mini Tata Mobile Pickup Owner Union Peren Town has elected a new team for the tenure 2009 to 2012 with Pausap as president and Lunghang as secretary. TCSU: Tetso College Students’ Union has congratulated its newly elected team of office bearers for the tenure 2009-10. The new team included Kitoho Chophy as general secretary, Vilito Z.Awomi as cultural secretary, Kakiye Swu as finance secretary, Moasunep as games and sports secretary, and Tokuho as representative to ANCSU. Dimapur CC/GBs: Council Chairman and GB’s Association under Urban Area Dimapur has elected B. Wati as its chairman and Z.Ihoto Awomi as general secretary. The association further informed that nine tribe-wise executive members were also elected at its general meeting held on September 18.
