DSSU DIMAPUR: The Dimapur Sumi Students’ Union has convened the first executives meeting on October 26 at 11am in the Union banker’s residence, Notun Basti. All newly elected executive members of the union have been requested to attend the meeting. KLCSU DIMAPUR: The Kohima Law College Students’ Union will hold its 30th Annual Freshers’ Day on October 30 at 10 am at the Red Cross conference hall, Kohima. Mayang Lima Additional District Session judge, Kohima has kindly consented to be the chief guest .All students of Kohima Law College have been cordially invited. Cardamom auction DIMAPUR: Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee Mon has informed all Cardamom producing farmers and entrepreneurs that it would conduct ‘open auction’ for marketing of Cardamom on November 11 at APMC Mon Market Complex at 10am. Sumi women prog KohIma: The Sumi Totimi Hoho will be organising programme on ‘Celebrating unsung heroes of Sumi women’ on October 28 at 10 am at State Academy Hall, Kohima. President of Nagaland Women Voluntary Association and lady wife of state chief minister, Kaisa Rio will be the chief guest while Hekali V. Zhimomi, director NEZCC will be the special guest. DBA DIMAPUR: Dimapur Bar Association has convened an emergency general body meeting on October 27 at DBA building at 1pm. All members have been requested to attend the meeting. Prayer meet DIMAPUR: All Dimapur Sakipheto Area Sumi Baptist Church Leaders have been informed to attend prayer meeting to be held on October 27 at Alato Baptist Church at 7 am. Tokhu Emong Dimapur: Kyong Tokhu Emong Sanis town will be celebrated on November 7 at Sanis GHS with C.Mozhui secretary, Nagaland State Agriculture Marketing Board as chief guest. All village chairmen, GB’s and VDB secretaries from Sunglup to Pyotchu village have been informed to attend the celebration. RCD DIMAPUR: Rotary Club of Dimapur in association with Bharat Vikash Parishad, Guwahati will be organising a free artificial limb and caliper camp for lower limbs at Rotary centre, Midland Dimapur on November 1 from 9 am. People with deformities and amputation of lower limbs have been requested to avail the opportunity for measurement and assessment.
