CSUK DIMAPUR: Chakhesang Students’ Union Kohima (CSUK) will hold its 48th annual session cum Freshers social on November 2 at 9:30 am at the state academy hall Kohima. Parliamentary secretary social welfare, child and women development Chotisüh Sazo will grace the occasion as chief guest and additional chief engineer PWD (R&B) Dikrolo Mero will be guest of honour. CSUK has informed that it is compulsory for every college to participate in the folk tune duet competition. CRBC fasting DIMAPUR: Council of Rengma Baptist Churches (CRBC) will be organizing mass prayer and fasting programme on October 31 from 6 am onwards. All churches in Rengma areas and members of Rengma community residing in other town have been requested to cooperate in the program in their own respective churches. Further, all CRBC ordained ministers, parliamentary secretaries, political party leaders, candidates, senior govt. officials and special invitees of the public leaders have been requested to reach CRBC mission centre, Zunpha, Tseminyu for prayer. APB youth conference DIMAPUR: All the registered intending participants for 15th Asia Pacific Baptist (APB) youth conference scheduled from December 27-30 in Hong Kong have been reminded to submit Rs. 28, 800 along with their travel Passport and two passport photos in white background for ticketing and visa process. PDTTU membership DIMAPUR: Peren District Timbers’ Trade Union (PDTTU) in a meeting held on October 19 at Jalukie has resolved to collect a membership fee of Rs.2000 per head Log/Timber contractors operating within its jurisdiction. In a press release issued by N John Zeliang PDTTU has requested all contractors to submit the membership fee before December 15 and to contact 9436230744, 9436002960 for further clarifications.
