NPYC, DYC Dimapur condole

Nagaland Pradesh Youth Congress (NPYC) and District Youth Congress, Dimapur (DYC) has mourned the demise of its veteran member Esanbemo Ezung, who passed away October 28 in Dimapur. Describing late Ezung as “honest, sympathetic, generous, selfless and dedicated leader”, the NPYC president Kuputo Shohe, in a condolence note, said the vacuum left by him would be difficult to fill. Further, eulogizing “commendable contributions” made by him for the party and public, the NPYC said it would remain as a source of inspiration. It also conveyed “heartfelt condolences” to the bereaved family and prayed Almighty grant strength to family members and departed soul rest in peace. Ezung, who served DYC, Dimapur in various capacities was elevated to state level in 1998 and was subsequently appointed as NPYC vice president and continued to hold the post till he breathed his last. In a separate condolence message, the DYC, Dimapur president Rolland Ngullie said that late Ezung was a source of inspiration particularly for younger generation. Stating that his contribution to the party would be “greatly felt”, DYC leader said: “We have lost a dynamic leader but a great individual as well.” Further, offering condolences to bereaved family, the DYC prayed God provide strength to family members in overcoming the “loss of a son, a brother and a dear one.”
