The Yimchungru Tribal Council while appreciating the satisfactory workmanship of contractor Nisele who took up the work from 20 to 40 kms, however lamented the road from 0-19 under the supervision of president, NCSU, Pele.
The council said due to his “negligence and inattentiveness”, he has made the public “suffer” for a couple of years.
The Yimchungru Tribal Council also requested the responsible contractor to implement the mechanism of the construction as early as possible and also requested the authority to issue a clarification and utilization certificate to the contractors only when the work is satisfactory and completed.
