‘GPRN/NSCN’ ‘bans’ illegal tax

GPRN/NSCN has directed all its civil and military workers to immediately cease all kinds of donations during festive season. Informing this in a press statement, the GPRN/NSCN “chaplee kilonser”Alezo Venuh further directed its regional chairmen, town commanders and area commanders to strictly check activities of their subordinates who indulge in “unauthorized collection” of donations from shopkeepers and business houses. Also, it informed that no “central or regional authority” was authorized to collect yearly 20% tax or any other tax for the year 2010 in advance.Requesting all shops and business establishments not to entertain any donation by individuals or groups – either military or civil, the “chaplee ministry” said all such demands should be immediately referred to “chaplee kilonser or chaplee secretary. The GPRN/NSCN underlined that it was the responsibility of shopkeepers and business houses not to concede to donations and premature tax demands of “unscrupulous individuals and groups.”
