The Nagaland Pentecostal Mission was officially formed during the Pentecostal Revival Crusade which was held from January 15 to 17 at Keyake Pentecostal Church, near B.S.F. Camp, Kohima.
More than six hundred delegates, representing 9 (nine) Pentecostal Churches of eight Naga villages from Kohima and Phek districts attended the three-day long Revival Crusade.
During the last day of the Crusade, the Pastors, Deacons, elders and members of the nine churches met and resolved to form the Nagaland Pentecostal Mission, with immediate effect. All the nine churches (Faith homes) shall fall under the Nagaland Pentecostal Mission.
The Pastors, Deacons, elders and members of the nine churches also resolved to constitute the Nagaland Pentecostal Church Council, with 11 executive members in the council, primarily.
The council meanwhile expressed gratitude to God and all individuals and the various Government Departments for extending help through support and prayer for the success of the Crusade.
