NICGOA begins stir

Nagaland Industries and Commerce Gazetted Officers’ Association (NICGOA) has resolved to begin seven-day protest starting January 28, in the form of wearing “black arm band”, against government order of posting NCS as MD into NHHDC, which, according to NICGOA was a post of industries and commerce department. In a statement issued today, the NICGOA president, Er. S. Temsülong Jamir, said its executive committee had an emergency meeting January 27 to asses the current position of its representation submitted to state government January 20 last. The association also resolved that further course of agitation would continue in phase manner till their demand fulfilled.
