Presiding officers’ conference DIMAPUR: Presiding Officers’ Conference of all Legislative Bodies in India at Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) from February 3 to 8 would be attended by Nagaland Legislative Assembly speaker Kiyanilie Peseyie. According to an official bulletin, the speaker would also take part in the Symposium on the topic “Urgency in Addressing the Need of Environment and Conservation of Wildlife.” IRCSN workshop for journalists DIMAPUR: Indian Red Cross Society, Nagaland State Branch (IRCSN) along with IRCS would be organising a one-day workshop for journalists on February 10, 10 am in the conference hall, Red Cross complex, Kohima. According to an official bulletin, a release from the IRCSN stated that it had become pertinent for media persons to know more about the law of war or armed conflict and clashes reporting in view of the increasing number of attacks and deaths of media persons across the globe in conflict areas. CSU presidential meet DIMAPUR: Chakhroma Students’ Union has convened its first presidential meet on February 13, 10 am at CPO hall, Chumukedima town. The union informed president and general secretary of every unit to attend the meeting and to bring along the list of students enrollment of respective units. It also requested for submission of list of gazetted officers from every unit for statistical record and to come prepared with reliable agendas. MKK jubilee board meet KOHIMA: Mudutsugho Kiphimi Kughakulu (MKK) jubilee board has called a general meeting on February 6, 10 am at the residence of Hukato Swu in 4th mile Dimapur. All responsible have been requested to attend the meeting. UUK general session KOHIMA: Usutomi Union Kohima (UUK) would be holding its 27th annual general session on February 6, 10 am at the residence of its banker, Sukhavi Achumi at Kenuzou colony, Kohima. Each house representatives have been requested to attend the session. ANCOA inform state cable operators DIMAPUR: All Nagaland Cable Operators Association (ANCOA) has requested all cable operators in the state, irrespective of tribe and denomination to attend Angami Baptist Church Council (ABCC) 125 years celebration to be held from February 4 to 7 at Kohima local ground and give full coverage of the programme. NPCSD coordination meet DIMAPUR: Nagaland Pradesh Congress Seva Dal (NPCSD) has convened a coordination meeting with district Seva Dal on February 6,11am at Congress Bhavan conference hall, Kohima. All state office bearers, district chief organizer and lady organizer have been requested to attend the meeting. SHN public meeting in Zbto DIMAPUR: Sumi Hoho Nagaland (SHN) has informed that Rev. Dr. Wati Aier, convener Forum for Naga Reconciliation would be arriving Zunheboto and a public meeting has been convened on February 6, 1pm at Sumi Baptist Akukuhou Zunheboto Church, near St. Paul School, DC Hill Zunheboto. All village and town GBs, town councilors, Church leaders, political and public leaders, Sumi Hohos, Kukami Hohos, STH, SKK, gazetted officers union and well wishers have been requested to attend the meeting. DLD informs members DIMAPUR: District Library Dimapur (DLD) has informed members who had registered up to year 2008 to collect the library books for the year 2008-09 from the District Library, Art and Culture, Dimapur within 30 days. AGBCNYD board meet DIMAPUR: Association of Gorkha Baptist Churches Nagaland Youth Department (AGBCNYD) has convened a board meeting on February 6, 9am at Mission Centre Singrijan, Dimapur. All board members have been requested to attend the meeting. DDADU executive meet DIMAPUR: Dimapur District Autorickshaw Drivers’ Union (DDADU) has convened an emergency executive meeting on February 3, 1pm at its head office. All the advisors, office bearers, executives and area in-charge have been requested to attend the meeting. DMC informs DIMAPUR: Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) has informed all DMC trade license holders that the grace period for renewal of trade license for the year 2010 has been extended to February 15 for renewal without fine. DMC has directed all trade license holders who have not renewed their license to renew it before February 15. DPO Phek informs CMCF beneficiaries DIMAPUR: District Planning Officer(DPO), Phek, Augustine M.Yanthan has informed that the result of the selected beneficiaries under Chief Minister’s Corpus Fund (CMCF), Phek for the year 2009 has been displayed in the Notice Board of District Planning Machinery Office, Phek. ESSUGJPB meet DIMAPUR: Eastern Sumi Students’ Union Golden Jubilee Planning Board (ESSUGJPB) has convened a meeting on February 13, 10am at the residence of Ahovi Zhimomi, chairman planning board. All members and local organizing committee chairmen have been requested to attend the meeting.
